Skil development and learning purpose very good company

Work time not fix long certain time for out. Saturday is off mention in policy but Saturday also we should come and work. Work management not proper distribution. Boss language and behaviour ver bad and disgusting.

They do not care about management trainee career or growth. They not even give the stipend on time. Even the HR support is worst.

You can go in any department but not in accounts and finance india business ,worst manager ,worst HOD,no work life balance ,even if you work for 24 hrs the work will not end,though sat and sunday are off but workload is so much that you will have to take laptop with you and do work from home on weekends ,you do one mistake all your good work is gone ,no appreciation at all,favourism is there,they increase the salary just to trap you and then they give you tremendous work,company follow different policy and this dept follow some other,minimum notice period is 60 days ,so either you should complete it or abscond,if abscond then they wont give you anything ,there is no option for payment of notice period which is not served and this rule is only for this particular department ,rest company accept the payment ,lack of manpower ,worst dept in the whole company ,if you want to save your mental and physical health ,then dont go here...Read More
