Working at Emtee Healthcare solutions was a learning process and at each step guidance was assured by the company knowing the capability of the person. Help at hand is always there despite limitations, salary in time, good friendly atmosphere to work with, friendly people, but never take things for granted.

Promotions - Good
Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

False promises which they make and then suddenly change the decision. If company makes a decision, they should stick to it or say no in the first instance itself rather than at end say no.

Company culture - Poor

Work Details

It was hectic and good, but sunday's are a real bore and irritating when only 2 weekly off you get which itself is boring. You need relaxation and entertainment to relax the mind and be joyful. 2 days off not enough.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
