Property is spread cover 22acres of land and first adventure destination of country and the USP is 2.8km highest Ropeway of country -- and project has been completed in record time of 2.3years in coordination with french company POMA.

It's a place where you can enhance your skills through training session, FAM trip, learning and experience the real adventure.The workplace is also good . In each and every step, you will get a chance to meet with the new one of yourself. Staff is very helpful and responsible for there job duties.

In professional life, it's difficult to balance the work life and personal life, lots of politics also demotivate .

The job is quite interesting, I struggled a bit in the beginning but slowly slowly I managed myself. I got a chance to meet and talk with people from different sectors and they helped me to get a chance of different roles within the same team.

They are retaining their employees,backing them & not fired their employees in this pandemic. Also they have given almost one month salary compensation to their employees, i.e. upto 15th April 2020.

Dislikes

They haven't credited even the basic salary of their employees after 15 April 2020,means employees are not getting paid after the above mentioned date & this is a matter of great concern.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
