It gave me opportunities to work for helping the poorest of the poor people of India's registered working population at their time of need for medical and financial security under the largest social security provider i.e., ESIC..Its work culture is totally beneficiary oriented in the sense that we used to take lunch only if all public claims were settled across the counter even if the time was 3.00 pm. On any day. We used to close office only when all daily reports were seen submitted to our regional office, all daily records were updated in all relevant registers, files and schedules. Its bureucratic style of functioning makes employee stakeholders run from dispensary to office , hospital to office for verification of eligibility, more and more verification at every stage leads to undue suffering to the patient and family members of the esi card holder who pays monthly contribution from his salary.

Work Details

I experienced extensive travel after getting posting from my hometown of Delhi to kerala which destabilised my whole family estalishment leading to all financial problems for which there is no sympathy from the employer. Regional/local groupism is great

Every employee is following the policy of ''look busy do nothing".
