A good exposure, i have been working in ccu , cooperative staff. Many things to learn ,new learning everyday, not much work load . Overall great experience.

Dislikes

Contractors are not so good , they take your signature on 25000 and give you 14000 in hand and that is your salary only. It means government given them more but they give us very little. This is so bad , otherwise it was good working there.

It is still at an evolutionary stage and a lot to be done to reach at the stage of maturity. HR department needs to be developed appreciably. Political interference, if can’t be prevented, needs to be restricted. There is an urgent need to evaluate certain schemes in the organisation. Systems to be rendered more objectivity
