Not good salary for executive level employees. Salary hike on yearly basis is too low, 3-7 % only. Little chances of job security. Leave policy is not what en employee deserves when needed. You cannot take more than 3 leaves at a time and for that too you have to apply 45 days prior to approval only. No PF or ESI. Management team is very biased. No overtime count Money deduct form the salary even in the Medical leave. Very bad billing system : give more than 8 hrs work to employees and let them know to compete within 8 hrs. Other than alloted work ask for many data to evaluate our work this also we need to prepare. Appraisal process verybad. Overall not a good place to work. Well, it’s a typical company—nothing particularly special. They do celebrate festivals, but it's mostly just with some music. If you're expecting a big, exciting party, you might be disappointed, because that's not really their style . Monday to Friday work ( that's good ) , THE ONLY GOOD.

What do I dislike about working at Employee Pooling? They enforce an illegal bond, making it the worst KPO in the industry. You’re required to work at least 10 months to get an experience letter—8 months under bond and 2 months' notice period. It feels like a trap. They frequently use fear tactics, threatening legal action and claiming that American lawsuits will follow if you don’t comply, which is just a scare tactic. Additionally, if you're not extremely careful with the work assigned, especially since it's related to the insurance industry, you could face serious consequences The managers and HR are deceitful, and they often withhold your salary. They monitor your every move, counting even how many times you leave your desk or go to the washroom. The working hours are extremely strict, and they can fire you for the smallest infraction. You can’t have phones on your desk (security issue) or open certain sites (security issue), and they even count minutes spent taking a deep breath out of your productivity hours.
