The biased culture (" mallu culture" ) where people support people of their ethnicity. During this pandemic a lot off people have been laid off and I understand that it is the need of the hour, but terminating an entire team and replacing them with people from their native place is not justified at all.

Emirates tired to keep safe as many employees as possible till the time they could. I was made redundant on May 3.

They could have reduced the salary of all grades and HRA of couples working at Emirates before making so many staff redundant. Thus saving a few people job
