No Job security above 60 age. Even company policy allows till the age of 65 .Work Culture wise it was good before 2019 .Now young generation management spoils the company brand internally because the same group /batch of Young people given position in management level and targetting experienced professionals and playing politics with hidden anti nationals thereby spoiling company culture internally which third person dont know!...Read More

I was loving to work with Emirates Airlines/ even after leaving Emirates I love to work because of my experience and working with Engineering and team of professional and frontline Job and Customer satisfaction in turn the service which we give On Time Departures for full customer needs that is to maintaining company standards. Due to COVID-19 Company made me Redundancy .

It was very Challenging and very active and fully satisfactional and related to On Time Operational Flights.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
