Nothing. I have worked in 2 projects. 1st project I worked directly with client(had good experience working with client) and 2nd project on product development, where none of them knows to design the application and all work were dumped to Leads to control the work.

If you are a fresher please don’t join this company they ruin your life for sure. They hire freshers and then put them to the support role for 1-2 years and then they will fire. not only me they did the same for 20members who joined with me. They just look for there business and not for your future.
