I no longer work here and heard from my ex-colleagues that the management is not able to adapt to the WFH even after couple of weeks. Useless company !

Dislikes

This company has a record of losing projects at a large scale. Poor management cannot even maintain few 10s of resources in bench and has a record of sacking 100s of employees in a single go. I regret working here until my last breath.

If you are debuted to clients location there won't be any guaranteed confirmation about returning back to parent company. This won't be conveyed before joining it will come as a sudden surprise and you have to report to clients location however it will be assured for a shorter time but that ll never happen and there is no deputationbonus or such things only benefit is work from home for a day or two in a week but clients disagree for wfh most of the times and there is heavy work in clients location and most of the times you have to work on weekends as well....Read More

As mentioned u have to be in clients place for few projects and work is hectic, if Dev completes work in few days before end of sprint QA will be forced to complete the work in given short intervals and most of the times weekends will be used for this.

Got some intro on Healthcare domain, in a short notice.

Dislikes

Interview process were conducted twice and confirmation was delayed. They cheat folks by giving false assumptions about the Project tenure. They terminate the services during Probation period itself since Project got closed. The company hired, knowing the fact that the Projects were at the verge of closure. Company is in a very bad shape.
