No job security at all though you are performing well. Increaments depends on relations not on performance basis. Work promotions get by relations. As you get promoted upto Manager but you are doing work same from you joined.

Previously they are good with People management but from last 2 to 3 years they are just managing theirself for Business they don't work for their people Seniors are just caring about their job not for people's who are working for them.

1) Working With Oncology Division Is very Toxic Culture. my Reporting Manager was favourite of NSM and Product Manager. To Secure His Job He used to take Job of MR. 2) When Issue goes to HR, HR get Managed And Does what NSM and PMT says. 3) HR person Does Not give Proper Settlement.
