If you get working location Kurkumbh then be ready for politics. People working at kurkumbh location are very conservative and won’t appreciate new ideas. Technical department is doomed as everyone here is from production department they don’t even know technical details. So if you want to joint tech transfer to be specific I will suggest you to find a next option.

If you are at junior level then forget about work-life balance. You will be forced to work on shifts and on holidays. And compensatory off generated by working on holiday stays valid for 30 days from date of generation.

Previously they are good with People management but from last 2 to 3 years they are just managing theirself for Business they don't work for their people Seniors are just caring about their job not for people's who are working for them.

It was great working with the company, as it has limited policies with respect to employee especially Jammu plant. Hr head is working like he owns the company.

To Secure His Job He used to take Job of MR. 2) When Issue goes to HR, HR get Managed And Does what NSM and PMT says. 3) HR person Does Not give Proper Settlement.
