I don't think anyone can like anything about Ellicium.

Dislikes

Higher management and middle management is pathetic. They don't know how to treat a person. They use slang languages, managers sing songs loudly in office, call people by nicknames, abuse higher management in front of junior employees, very unprofessional behavior. No respect is given to the employees. No job security, if they don'tlike you they can any time kick you with a lame reason. If you want to grow in this company then you have to be favorite of the management. HR makes reels in the office. They will give you hopes to travel different countries but its just a lollipop. Be in the favorites of the higher management and they will promote you as manager in few years....Read More
