Only good thing is the learning and development. You get to learn a lot and get introduced to the elevator industry.

Dislikes

No work life balance, no holidays, unnecessary pressure to sell a niche product like insurance and the list goes on. Suggestion to the company: remove Mr Ramchandran (the global head) and appoint someone deserving. He is spoiling the culture.
