I would not be much happier if I would had worked anywhere apart from Elite Elevators . So far my journey is good and satisfied with Elite Elevators. They have good recognition towards employees work and has good growth . The Management is very supportive and overall a Good company no less than an MNC

No respect for employees. Hr policies is a joke. They will make you to work every single day on Sunday and public holidays and they won't even bother on employees physical and mental health. Every day EOD meeting after working hrs which is will be 2hrs more. Zero job security. And finally managers have zero knowledge on handling people

It might be tough to get habituated initially, but this is the company that taught me what sales are. Good incentives if you are a performer.

Dislikes

The process is yet to be set completely as they are in expansion now. Need rest of teams to work from their respective location. As of now all other teams apart from sales work from Chennai. Vimal sir who is the Director of the company himself is best and inspiring in sales. If you are a performer, no one will stop your growth in this company.
