One very important thing is that ELGI top management has clear vision about the company and YOY they set the Goals. Company products are good and compatible with the international standard. Overall good company to work with but compensations are very poor in comparison to other competition companies.

Dislikes

Too much politics in mid level cause new generation is very intelligent and they have capabilities to grab the things very fast so managers are very insecure about their job. One very bad thing that I would like to highlight is the ‘Relieving’ so once you leave the company, be prepare for the difficulties.

In sales there is no balance in work and life, However people get enough time to spend with the family.
