Growth in this company is totally depending upon your Manager, if you are his favorite then you can climb the ladder easily. A lot is biased decisions have been observed in the organization. I would not recommend a hard working individual to put effort while working in Elevate, just stay relaxed and you will still get a decent hike as equal as a hard working employee.
