My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. This is one of the hidden gem companies to work for. A true European work culture is what you will get here. This company's products and projects are true cutting edge. The culture of thencompany is really good. You will be a boss of your own, you will have freedom to what you like to do. Nobody micro manages you, as long as you take the ownership of the task you do.

1. Hikes/Awards/Recognitions are not as per their achievements instead the politics played between managers! It’s the only one sad point working here. 2. The company portray they don’t have hierarchy but believe me not everyone get same response when they interact.

Good work culture and work life balance. Managers are bit supportive and understanding depending on department and projects.

Dislikes

Almost no new projects, legacy projects are there. Internal department job / role shifts are much frequent now. Skilling up and adapting new technologies needs lot improvement here.

There's no work in some teams. In some teams, there work like hell. In some teams where a lot of work, you can learn a lot. People are friendly and helpful both in India and in Germany.

Management is really poor. You can expect nepotism here. Rules don't apply for people who have come through referrals.
