Management has no future vision. Career growth stops after couple of years. Worst HR Manager I've seen. Hiring new trainees on fake promises of absorbing after one year of training. No permanent recruitment has been done since last 3 years. Poor customer service. Company needs a good leader as a director who takes the company to next level.
