Great Work Culture. Mutual Respect. Treat ABMs as leaders. We will learn a lot about sales, marketing, team management. Professionalism. Other benefits : Good insurance cover with maternity cover. Most importantly, you can avail leaves for important things in life. No pressure to not to take leave.

Dislikes

Too many formats to fill. Many divisions and sometimes competition amongst the divisions undercutting the profitability of the company. My advise to HR : Negative review marking for manager if MR does sticks on to the job. - This policy can be changed. This is bit too much.

Pros : Your work is noticeable. If you bring in sales, right from SM to VP to Management they know your contribution and get appreciated. Growth oriented company. They know the market realities and strategies aligned to the current industry trends. Good increments, Good expenses. Growing organisation so easy promotions.

Dislikes

Cons : Pressure to perform. Competition from within business divisions. Just because they give you good increments its not that we can perform on the same month. Pharma sales takes time.

Elbrit Life Sciences Company like a family to me. Very Good management. Very Good senior managers. Very supportive. Focus on clients. No unethical practice of stock dumping, paying for achieving the targets, No stock lifting. Lot of growth opportunities in the organization. 3 divisions. Once you join in company, you get promoted easily.

Very Systematic and process oriented. Cant bend the system and process more.

Too rigid control systems. Sometimes there are so many activities going on and so many formats to be filled and its overwhelming.
