It was Worst Experience with ER . They are so pathetic when it's come to the work they do more politics than real politicians. This company is blood sucking company. They only work on the basis of favoritism. In any company for growth your performance matters but in ER only one thing matters is being in good books of TL,Manager and Sanjay.
