The business model was good and market is accepting the model slowly, but due to incapable management decisions all the hard work of the field employees was gone for a toss.

Company was good, but the management was terrible, and this is also the biggest blunder by the company to appoint such persons. Entire day only video conference by the management for silly issues, even its continued till 1:45am at night. We have to start our day at around 7:15 to 7:30am at remote markets, then have to attend the VCsfor entire day, there are no other support from the management except these VCs. And irrational/unjustified plan, according to them every planning is accepted by the market, whereas they had zero market knowledge. Their plans were based on hypothesis only.
