Management is Poor and bad.In kolkata there is no systems,work culture is poor.Every thing is depend on oiling to RM.Company have a tendency how to write off DA to the company.its not a company but a LALA SHOP.

I use to work as a business development manager here.at the time of Interview they told me regarding my profile.But when started it was different.they gave me a area but in that area who were the big clients that was not under me.no system.poor management

Excellent work environment and people here are very supportive and helping, love the work and exposure getting in this company is superb.

Very late in reimbursement of expenses, deduction is expenses is also there, very low salary structure, no PF and Gratuity
