I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

No clear vision, mission, and direction from the director of the company. They don't have any HR policies. They don't even provide an employee with basic things like on time monthly salary payments, salary payslips, insurance. They will cut different amount every month from your salary without any notice and expect employees to not ask for the reasons.
