Nothing, Because Some RM & HRs are worked monopoly . That's why maximum employees are unable to their work happily. They are always trying to dominate to employee & scares. If any employee do not accept their order, then transfer & PIP ready for him. So, that now a days few area manger are resigned their current post. If you want to their name I will share to you.

As an organization Flipkart is good and having good policies. So many developments are in line.

Dislikes

Some policies like Leave encashment, Compa ratio balancing should be there across all level. Local level management is very poor compared to Central management.

As a said earlier, the company is good but they have the poorest management from top to bottom… The management has created a completely biased & pathetic work culture… So, if you love buttering your managers & can help them to earn enormously by misusing company policy, you are a good fit here. The Flipkart portal shows you a 5 daysworking & week offs on Saturdays & Sundays…. But you have to go to the office on Saturdays also & even work on Sundays too…....Read More
