I like teams work and thier support. Works with the members from different localities or regions are most valuables. We trained ourself about our abilities. Family security, life security , staff managements , medical security, holidays bonus, overtime incentives, service rating , time salary etc are appreciable.

I dislike time being and backbiting teams mates.

Work is challenging task but it's depend on teams support. Leave facilities are available but it's hard to take leave without major problem as responsible staff it's my duty to satisfy the company from my end because I never satisfy with unskill co worker

No leaves, better you dont dream of taking leave, you will be working 100% 24/7 on peak sale days..

Provide so many manual trackers managers behaviour personal ego if provide him development feedback they got jealous and ready for revenge manager have zero knowledge of system and the ground team no promotion even 7 years employees are on the same position appraisals are 0 unnecessary works are 1000% with nonsense no reason for that for same data there are so many trackers and you have to fill each and every tracker 14 hours of working daily but on documents only 8 hours and no ine to help you there...Read More

Good organisation with ethics for employees but in hyderabad management was not adhere to it

Full of politics even hr(Ganta Ramesh) won't support employee problem and they have target me and entrie hyperlocal staff from we moved to grocery zeromile pudur after hyper local scale down from they wantedly kept us in PIP.
