While I takeimmense pride in being part of Ekart's journey, the absence of professional advancement has been discouraging. No senior team support, Impossible costing management, senior team continuesly ignoring ground level team. And thinking they will work like a robot 16/18 hours.

No good culture, no increament, no good management, no job security. You don't paid you own deduction. No learning, No promotion. Don't try to join flipkart otherwise you will feel failure in spite of skilled and a strong experience just because of no growth and learning organisation. Totally worsted for me and everyone is working with flipkart.

If you are someone who can work on same project everyday & again relaunch it under another title for next year, then you are welcomed. Only job security like govt job & insurance & other reimbursements are keys to continue your career in this company.

No one gives a 'F' about your work-life balance, neither your HR nor your Manager. WO & Leaves are accompanied by compulsory availablity for unscheduled calls anytime. Promotions are eliminated under performance bonus scheme. Personal Growth= 0, carrier growth =-1, Mind Stress=∞

Working with flipkart gave a wonderful experience, office culture and friendly team. and learnt a lot from fellow colleagues, worked with passion and comfort zone i would recommend this place to work.

While working with flipkart 2 years, 4 months never got any appraisals or salary hike. this is the only this personally i dislike about flipkart.
