While I takeimmense pride in being part of Ekart's journey, the absence of professional advancement has been discouraging. The company, Walmart, is excellent. However, the Indian higher management lacks an understanding of the ground challenges faced by the team. They implement the SOP without any discussion with the ground team, and when difficulties arise, they place the blame on them.
