Just that Logistics is my passion. That is why I am working in a Logistics company, but not E-Kart Currently I am in Amazon, Left E-Kart - Reason you can find in dislike column.

Dislikes

No senior team support, Impossible costing management, senior team continuesly ignoring ground level team. And thinking they will work like a robot 16/18 hours.

As per industry norms Logistics sector is a challenging work but still this company dominating many competitor by giving bonus & extra favour on salary for the delivery boys.

Everything is best at all in flipkart but company need to improve the tech changes to make work simple and easy for delivery boys(like one touch solution in kirana operations, transparency).
