Nothing, Because Some RM & HRs are worked monopoly . That's why maximum employees are unable to their work happily. They are always trying to dominate to employee & scares. If any employee do not accept their order, then transfer & PIP ready for him. So, that now a days few area manger are resigned their current post. If you want to their name I will share to you.

Company is very good but day by day work culture is going down. There are many type of politics going on. biasness, Demotion, tremendous mental presser, that why day by day employees become mantel and physical frustrated. Non support cames from HR. Some Senior mantel torture to his Junior. All time some of senior threaten to his Junior to give PIP or get out from company or transfer to other state where as thatbsenior never move to other states in his career life 9/10 yrs.If any employees goes again him then his career must be destroyed.
