Some of the US management are really caring and genuine

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address or even acknowledge any issues. The career growth is decent but salary increase is way too slow! The notice period during busy season is way much.

Its a great place if you want to test your patience and mental strength. Best part being, you will get opportunity to communicate and work with your US counterparts and even with clients. The recognition is you will get for your work is phenomenal. If you are lucky enough, you will get to go to US for work purpose for 3-6 month.
