I started as fresher 3 years back at Eins, as a first job its very important to get right guidance & opportunity to develop career in positive direction, which i got working with Eins. Got very good experience by getting to work directly on live projects after getting initial training in a short time. Company provided good platform to develop my knowledge & never hesitated to implement my suggestion related to work on new tools or testing methodology. Also good team who always supported & does good hand holding in delivering projects on time. On time salary, excellent promotions in terms of role & compensation, supportive management & good work atmosphere are certain highlights in my work tenure with Eins & i look forward for many such opportunities in near future with Eins.

Dislikes

Sometime work pressure gets high due to customer project deliveries. Besides there is nothing major as such that I have experienced.

I am working as software tester at Eins for past 3 years. Bug reporting, error solving etc. is a part of my job profile.
