Appraisal is good.

Dislikes

Local people doing the partiality and there is no job security, management fires anyone without any reason. Company culture is very poor and nature of people are not good. At the time of joining HR will tell you that their is no bond between employee and the company but whenever probation periods over than HR tell you to sign a 3 years bond otherwise they will not consider you as a permanent employee of the company the same happened with me and my friend....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I have found nothing as of now with respect to work.

Dislikes

Leadership disrespect their employees. You won't get clear direction, and get no written confirmation on the decisions. If anything goes wrong, it's your fault. Head doesn't take stand for their subordinates. No planning, no management...no empathy.
