Projects are old and still working.

Buttering of TL & Managers is must to grow. The work pressure is tooooo high all the times. I have to work 18-20 hours straight in a day. Managers do no value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

Efunds, till it was acquired and renamed FIS, was a fabulous and employee centric organisation. Several curriculums were there which showed company's care about the employees. However after transforming to FIS, majority of those curriculums were not there. To me Efunds was a much better organisation than FIS.
