Effectual hires/promotes people with below-average skills as managers. Because these people cannot utter a word against any rash decision of the management. Salary hikes are sometimes in hundreds(850 pm). Yes!! They hire trainees on a minimum stipend and once the trainee is made permanent, the hike he will receive will be calculated on his stipend. 8-10% hike on 12K!!!! Over all can be a very good place to work it the office politics from senior managers could be taken out. Managers, management and HR does too much politics but colleagues are too friendly like your brother
