I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Walls, motivational quotes on walls, that motivated me to quit

Dislikes

Effectual hires/promotes people with below-average skills as managers. Because these people cannot utter a word against any rash decision of the management. Salary hikes are sometimes in hundreds(850 pm). Yes!! They hire trainees on a minimum stipend and once the trainee is made permanent, the hike he will receive will be calculated on his stipend. 8-10% hike on 12K!!!! Performance awards are rarely given on merits. Clerical staff of government department of some rural location would have a better thinking than the management here....Read More
