I never found anything good in Efc because they won't respect their teammates.... Sorry for no positive response for company

Dislikes

Company don't have corporate etiquette towords female employees and also there paricialty and favoritism and patithic politics... Not respecting good source of employee.... No salary hike and other benifit like PF, bouns, and medical facilities. In current situation they still deducted 50% of employees salary. Advise for new joiner plz clear all doubts before joining

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
