The CEO is really the backbone of the company who keeps everyone on track with his amazing engagement skills and charm. The overall mechanism of Edwisor is commandable!

I did get a good teamwork experience but, I believe employee engagement can be increased which is very important for the interaction between the employees not only on the professional level but also on personal level.

I had a pleasant time working at Edwisor. Engaging with the mentors was delightful. The work place was very homely, and I definitely had a wonderful time working for them.

The CEO for instance was very supportive. It always felt a safe space to share whats going inside you. I really liked the fact that the environment was so friendly and the work culture was great.

Tax fraud: they don't submit tax to government but will deduct from your salary. Last month salary: forget about it. 90% people absconding because of this. Nothing Such a fraud company with 0 ethics and work culture. They don't have any funding or resources,cannot eve provide salaries to their employees on time. It has been four months to me but they haven't yet cleared my FNF. False mails and commitments. Owner Ramandeep Arora is a fraud misusing employees.

The culture is one of cooperation and growth. There is a wealth of learning opportunities and the work environment is one which leads to a good work ethic while reducing stress. People are willing to help and guide employees when they need help. Ideas are constantly discussed and heard and management does a good job listening to those ideas and coming up with processes to put them into practice.

Sometimes getting through via communication channels are tedious, so there should be clear lines of communications through all channels

The only thing that I dislike about Edwisor is the absense of a suggestion box there, because I feel that not everyone's suggestions could be heard solely by interaction, so a thing like suggestion box could really help a lot
