Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

How to deal with scammers in life

Dislikes

Tax fraud: they don't submit tax to government but will deduct from your salary. Last month salary: forget about it. 90% people absconding because of this. You will cry after joining even if you work day and night. Even if you perform best in every sectors. CEO ego and political games in his own company with his employee over and above everything you do. Saturday working No work life balance Long list

Nothing Such a fraud company with 0 ethics and work culture. They don't have any funding or resources,cannot eve provide salaries to their employees on time. It has been four months to me but they haven't yet cleared my FNF. False mails and commitments. Owner Ramandeep Arora is a fraud misusing employees.
