AT Time of interview, interviewers asked questions from latest technologies. But post joining, in actual environment every thing is just old rotten code. No code reviews done, No process to check code quality. Only thing is just accomplish the task by hook and crook. If anyone asks queries, he will be in trouble. My current Manager Mr Deepesh Khatri is such a pain in a** it is very irritating to see when he constantly licks his hairy hands and makes the work environment gross. The manager always demotivated you really don't appreciate any efforts made. There is no scope of personal growth. The policies here are so many that it's better to keep sitting at your desk only. There is no hybrid/WFH and the job doesn't require to commute to office location. No food allowed inside. No phones allowed inside even though sweepers, guards, admin, HR and Managers are only allowed phones. What about our emergency. Oh and yes you have job security if and only if you sign a bond of 2 years. Guys I would seriously suggest do not join this company. You'll be thinking you are going to get good salary but it's a myth everything is kept under PA and at time of PA they say that company has not performed....Read More
