Hello there. I have some point for this company that I want to inform you before going to join in this company. There is zere(0) percent job secure and working culture is not good, you can see the hell in this planet with alive . If you are freshers and looking for a new opportunity then you can move with this company for few months because they will not keep you full time even you signed bond for 2 year plus . If you're an experience candidate so please stay away from this trap. They will never provide you variable or bonus that mentioned your offer letter . You need to do bond sign with cheque so that you can't search another job opportunities while working in this company. Survive 6 months mire that will be your great achievement because they will fire you even you work hard cause it is part of this company. I have faced this situation in my virtual life. 1_Employer centric organization 2_They don't believe in humanity 3_They offer good variable amount while joining them but at the time of payment they don't give a single panny 4_Abusive and iletrate management 5_ Without bond they don't hire anyone 6_They have a lots of criminal cases in India as well as in USA 7_They known by many n ames in market IMADE (Indian company), Unifyed, EVC Ventures, Quick launch, Oculus IT, Blackbelt help and campus consortium. They continusally change there name. 8. No trainings, No learning and development sessions. 9. This company is almost 8-10 year old but still its in a startup mode. 10. No food, no tea coffee and no cell phones are allowed on the floor<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. They have only one hour restricted break policy if you break it once 1000 will be deducted in your salary if you missed twice it's 5000</mark>. So they just need a chance to deduct money 11.
