This company is a trap and a jail avoid at all cost. Only good thing is leaving this shit company

Won't pay you bplp or variable amount it is designed in such a way based in company's performance they will eat all your variable amount. Strict 9hr min job can be extended to 14 hrs a day still they blame you. Owner is keeping an eye on everyone thru camera so avoild this jail even if it is your last choice. Peace of mind is more important than toxic place

...sign a bond of 2 years. Guys I would seriously suggest do not join this company. You'll be thinking you are going to get good salary but it's a myth everything is kept under PA and at time of PA they say that company has not performed.

...ear plus . If you're an experience candidate so please stay away from this trap. They will never provide you variable or bonus that mentioned your offer letter. You need to do bond sign with cheque so that you can't search another job opportunities while working in this company. Survive 6 months mire that will be your great achievement because they will fire you even you work hard cause it is part of this company. I have faced this situation in my virtual life. If you don't believe me then go and work over there. Remind me that I was right. Every month they fired employer cause they very happy to do this

...up mode. 10. No food, no tea coffee and no cell phones are allowed on the floor. They have only one hour restricted break policy if you break it once 1000 will be deducted in your salary if you missed twice it's 5000. So they just need a chance to deduct money 11. No shift flexibility. But if they need you they will stop you after your shift hours also. If you deny then they will fire you. 12. No job security here whenever they don't need you they will fire you but if you want to leave this place before your agreement then you have to pay 5-10 lakh
