1. Management and their decision making- feels more like a cat and mouse chase 2. Nonsense appraisal policies - rather NO appraisal policy 3. Incentives/Variable Bonus is a SCAM 4. Regressive Work Culture 5. Majority of Older employees in the company follow the crab approach.

My current Manager Mr Deepesh Khatri is such a pain in a** it is very irritating to see when he constantly licks his hairy hands and makes the work environment gross. The manager always demotivated you really don't appreciate any efforts made. There is no scope of personal growth. The policies here are so many that it's better to keep sitting at your desk only. There is no hybrid/WFH and the job doesn't require to commute to office location. No food allowed inside. No phones allowed inside even though sweepers, guards, admin, HR and Managers are only allowed phones. What about our emergency. Oh and yes you have job security if and only if you sign a bond of 2 years. Guys I would seriously suggest do not join this company<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. 1_Employer centric organization 2_They don't believe in humanity 3_They offer good variable amount while joining them but at the time of payment they don't give a single panny 4_Abusive and iletrate management 5_ Without bond they don't hire anyone 6_They have a lots of criminal cases in India as well as in USA 7_They known by many names in market IMADE (Indian company), Unifyed, EVC Ventures, Quick launch, Oculus IT, Blackbelt help and campus consortium. They continusally change there name. 8. No trainings, No learning and development sessions. 9. This company is almost 8-10 year old but still its in a startup mode. 10. No food, no tea coffee and no cell phones are allowed on the floor<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. They have only one hour restricted break policy if you break it once 1000 will be deducted in your salary if you missed twice it's 5000</mark>. So they just need a chance to deduct money 11. I like the salary, designation, and exposure that EVC ventures provide. In the midst of the lockdown, we are working from home with business as usual and even before the lockdown started, we were taking the utmost precautions and maintaining hygiene as employees.
