AT Time of interview, interviewers asked questions from latest technologies. But post joining, in actual environment every thing is just old rotten code. No code reviews done, No process to check code quality. Only thing is just accomplish the task by hook and crook. If anyone asks queries, he will be in trouble. Managers assigned in client side never conveys issues of developers/testers working there. No BRS, No guideline for requirement clarification, purely blame game....Read More
