Everything is dislike over here. No proper product training, no work environment, no work-life balance, no fixed office timings 24x7 is the office hours. They do mental torcher to their employee. A very rude behavior of the manager. Everything is terrible.

I only like some of the employee there, otherwise the place is a toxic place. Yeah they do good events for outsiders. Nut for employees it's a terrible environment

Dislikes

A lot many things are there to dislike, company environment, toxic work culture, they pay salary after 12 to 15 days of the month end, no matter how much work you do they never give promotion no increment. They ask to work even on holidays, tallents are never appreciated there.

Eduskills foundation idea is nice but the people at bhuvaneshwar dlf office manageing are pathetic they just make fake promise to employees while hireing that it will be a technical work you will get training but after joining the total work will convert into sales . Shows dream to employees about appraisals, Promotions & Insentives but wont provide at all any benefits max times. CEO of the company says, He cannot be Anyone's Father Mother, when employees benefits come into picture & in time of appraisal. In every matter inside the office, CEO pokes his nose, as if he doesn't have any work at his level, Micromanages always and make fun, discourages every single employee.
