Culture is effervescent. Lot of work and focus on perfection. Very lively and seems like you are running a sprint.

Dislikes

Everyday sprint wears you down every evening. Management wants you to leave exactly at office closing at 6 pm but then also day is tiring.

Dislikes

Perfection and company culture brings pressure of the work. You are supposed to be the owner of the work. But Management wants everyone to exit the office at 6:30 PM in the evening. They do not like anyone to work late.

Good working culture. Usually light and a lot of laughs but management want everyone to be highly involved with their work. The work culture is good but there are follow-ups for all the given works.

Dislikes

You need to be attentive and fully concentrated on your work. It brings some tension into your life. You cannot do like other companies in which you can claim that you are working from home and spending holidays in any hill station.

Startup working culture brings lot of challenges. Any person who is looking for "High Income. Low Work" should not apply here. You will enjoy only if you are a winner.

All company is based on the principle of "Quality Education at low cost". Focus on students is the mantra. Lot of work on Content, Tests and the classes. I was a part of Live Online Academy and really enjoyed my part there.

Dislikes

Student focus brings lot of pressure on the employees and management. Some of the employees struggle here as most of them lack in ownwership
