Culture is effervescent. Lot of work and focus on perfection. Very lively and seems like you are running a sprint.

Everyday sprint wears you down every evening. Management wants you to leave exactly at office closing at 6 pm but then also day is tiring.

I have spent three years with them. Made a lot of friends and also enjoyed my time working here.

Dislikes

A lot of focus is on students and their needs. Many times we employees get lost in never stopping demands of the students. The team is big bit then also lot of focus on excellence put lot of pressure on the teachers and the support staff. Salary is good but work-life balance is disturbed.

Good working culture. I am working as Academic Counselor but It is more of a multi-faceted role. There is lot of learning when you work in many profiles. Social-Media Handling comes as a big part in my Daily job function. Helpful Management.

There is nothing to like. Complete unprofessional environment. You'll be forced to lie to students. I think they need moral education and ethics class for a change.

Everything. Their facilities, modules everything is a lie. They have 0 infrastructure and no intention to improve services. It's like they are running a chit fund scheme.
