If you can survive in edushastra environment then you can survive anywhere. This is a startup culture and it is focused on organic growth. You can easily understand if in India any entrepreneur is surviving on its own without any funding to burn then the pressure of being perfect would be enormous.

Everything, you just need to ask for their business account from which they transfer salary to their employees, just get it checked from some banker in your family and friend circle. Doing that you'll know that how much salary was transferred to which account and for how long. Just like any other fraud, they deliver SCAM.

...f focus on excellence put lot of pressure on the teachers and the support staff. Salary is good but work-life balance is disturbed.

Culture is effervescent. Lot of work and focus on perfection. Very lively and seems like you are running a sprint.

Everyday sprint wears you down every evening. Management wants you to leave exactly at office closing at 6 pm but then also day is tiring.
