All company is based on the principle of "Quality Education at low cost". Focus on students is the mantra. Lot of work on Content, Tests and the classes. I was a part of Live Online Academy and really enjoyed my part there.

Dislikes

Student focus brings lot of pressure on the employees and management. Some of the employees struggle here as most of them lack in ownwership

Working here seems more like working in a team which is relentless. Lot of emphasis on Quality and perfection. The whole day we spend in correcting our processes and procedures more and more better.

Dislikes

Lot of emphasis on Perfection puts lot of work pressure. Losers cannot survive here. Many of my fellow joiners were not able to work as they were looking for "Less Work" Job.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
