Work-Life Balance is super amazing They allow you to learn on the job, very few organizations have the courage to do that and Eduriser surely thrives in this aspect The company is growing at a very steady pace and has been strong throughout the pandemic. The company has growth potential and should make more efforts to hustle, i am sure a very sane senior management has some plans towards that, you can never beat the experience and expertise of that level. More emphasis could be given to the compensation part
